You Have No Rights

(Parker Jensen and his parents)
Not too long ago I posted an article on my blog about Senate Resolution No. 62 and Book No. 4 § 12 of the Law of Nations. These provisions of law provide that anything and everything within your possession is merely "yours" as a trustee of the state whereas the state ultimately owns everything and can do what they want when they want at their discretion with your "possessions" including your children.

Allow me to introduce you to the Jensen family of Utah. At 12 years of age Parker Jensen was diagnosed by a licensed physician as having an "invisible" form of Ewing's sarcoma where MRI, CT, and X-ray scans all yielded negative results for cancer without any "blood-work" performed. The doctor who had diagnosed Parker at the time was sponsoring a clinical trial where they required 12-year old white males or else the project would be shutdown and funding would stop. Parker and his parents were confident that he was healthy and that it would be unnecessary to have Parker undergo cancer treatment without any signs. The doctor reported to the State that Parker was so ill that he only had 2 weeks left to live without help.

The Jensen family took this to court where the State then gave Parker's parents the ultimatum that if they did not succumb to this treatment then the State of Utah would take Parker into their system in order to "protect" him. Soon enough, the family was in "exile" with warrants out for their arrest by the FBI, State agencies, and local police. They lost their jobs and they continued to accumulate debt using attorney services. In the end, the family was defamed by the media for neglecting to treat their "ill" son, the parents accumulated over $2 million in debt, and the State finally relented and allowed the Jensen family go. 10 years after the fact, Parker is still alive while never having taken chemotherapy treatment and is planning to get married soon.

In a reversed scenario, remember the episode Livin' on a Prayer from Family Guy? Stewie befriends Scotty who is diagnosed as having Hodgkin's lymphoma and needs to either undergo treatment or he will die. His parents have a religious aversion to modern-day medicine as Christian Scientists and instead decide to rely on "prayer" as the divine healing power that would save Scotty. Lois kidnaps Scotty with the aide of Peter and by the end of the episode Scotty's parents "open" their minds to treating Scotty where he then makes a full recovery.

What does all this mean? This means that it does not matter what the situation looks like whether it is a family refraining from having their children undergo treatment for religious purposes or if the state wants your child to be treated for an illness they do not have. They will do what they want to do when they want to do it even at the expense of personal energies, resources, and lifestyle. It is never a matter of "if" it will happen; it is only a question of "when."

  1. "They will do what they want to do when they want to do it even at the expense of personal energies, resources, and lifestyle." sad but true

"It is never a matter of "if" it will happen; it is only a question of "when."
and also a question of why we put up with it
