Beyond the the first hour of the program, it was broadcasted that law enforcement and medical personnel were the priority for all basic essentials. As soon as supplies were reduced to a critical level, it was then broadcasted that the U.S. government would begin seizing basic essentials from the civilian populace be it land, water, weaponry, food, etc., and if civilians did not comply, government workers were authorized to escalate to lethal force.
The government declared a national "State of Emergency," suspended the Constitution for the People of the United States, and thus rescinded civil Rights. The "patriots" countered to "stand their ground" in the defense of whatever was left that remained in their possession. This confirmed the live and broad essence of both Senate Resolution No. 62 (1933) and Book No. 4 § 12 of the Law of Nations.
According to Senate Resolution No. 62 - Contracts Payable in Gold:
"The ultimate ownership of all property is within the State; individual so-called "ownership" is only by virtue of Government, i.e. law, amounting to mere user (trustee); and use must be in accordance with law, and subordinate to the necessities of the State."
Per Bk 4 § 12 of the Law of Nations - How the sovereign may in a treaty dispose of what concerns individuals:
"He may even, to a certain degree, dispose of their persons, by the virtue of power which he has over all his subjects."
What does this mean for U.S. civilians/citizens? This means that even if we "swear" an oath to protect, defend, and serve the Constitution for the People of the United States, we are not a private party to the compact nor do we have full ownership of anything within our possession. We are disposable at all times and our possessions, especially our children, can be taken from us at any time to ensure the interests and continuity of the State. If we so choose to "fight" against this, we will do so at our own peril.
