If you are unaware of the list of events to transpire on and around 1 September 2013, then consider yourself "notified" upon reading this article. His Majesty and Supreme Pontiff of Rome, Francis, issued official notice to all "public officials" under the Roman Curia of the Holy See in a letterhead addressed to the world on the Vatican's website. Effective 1 September 2013, Pope Francis declares that, pursuant to Vatican Criminal Law, he will be bringing the hammer down on "transnational organized crime, the improper use of the markets and the economy, and terrorism."
Since July 2013 a number of public officials in the United States have begun submitting formal letters of resignation from their posts effective "the end of August" or beginning of September 2013. These include, but are not limited to;
1) U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, Hon. Janet Napolitano.
2) Member of the Board of Governors for the Federal Reserve System, Ms. Elizabeth A. Duke.
3) Executive Vice President for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Mr. Krishna Guha.
4) Deputy Secretary for the U.S. Department of Treasury, Mr. Neal S. Wolin.
5) Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the U.S. Department of Justice, Mr. Scott Hammond.
6) Republican Representative for the Illinois General Assembly, Mrs. Pam Roth.
7) Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Mr. Kieran Shanahan.
8) Federal Reserve Chairman of the Board, Mr. Ben S. Bernanke. (Rumors; Expressed willingness to resign before term expires in 2014).
A host of Secretaries of State around the United States, foreign Heads of State, and otherwise have tendered their resignation for various reasons publicly, however; a vast majority were filed in the month of July following the Vatican's public letter to be effective before the end of Summer 2013. This is not to say that all public officials resigning are all admitting guilt in preparation of a criminal defense, but please do note a curious bit of unprecedented coincidences and actions by President Obama's administration in the recent weeks.
First, Obama's Administration has alleged Syrian's presidential regime with committing warcrimes against hundreds of its own commoners last week. United Nations officials have since confirmed strong suspicions that Syrian rebels caused the damage as noted by first-hand eyewitness and victim accounts and not the regime itself. The United States is taking steps with the United Nations against Syria much like it did with Iraq prior to its 2003 invasion.
Most interestingly was Obama's act last week in having the U.S. DOJ to file a motion in response to a complaint filed by an Iraqi mother for "criminal aggression" in waging a conflict with Iraq before the United Nations approved of it. This motion filed by the DOJ requests that the United States grant procedural and "absolute immunity" to former members of George W. Bush's presidential administration over allegations for "impermissible aggression" in waging the Iraq Conflict in direct violation of international law. Should the United States grant these immunities, the next step the mother can take is filing a complaint with the International Criminal Courts at the Hague in the Netherlands, which had not been established for trial prior to the execution of former Iraq President, Saddam Hussein.
Should the Bush Administration be convicted by a legal panel vested with judicial enforcement, U.S. taxpayers will be on the hook for exorbitant financial reparations much like Germany after World War I.
