Knowing that the subject of spirituality and religion (faith) are sensitive to many people I will make a valiant and objective attempt at treading "lightly" and intelligently while clearing up some areas of confusion. Most are inclined to support the ideology of the "separation of Church and State." This will never happen in its most absolute form. Why? Until the President for the People of the United States no longer pledges to serve, protect and defend the Constitution for the People of the United States with the Holy Bible underhand, expect "God" and government to continue working in tandem.

On the U.S. one-dollar bill, the "all seeing eye" sits fixed atop the Pyramid of Giza in Egypt. It appears that many view this symbol as "satanic" because it is widely circulated that this symbol is in reference to the "Illuminati" (The "en-light-ened" ones) and that this elite group represents nothing more than a powerful assembly of "evil-doers" who only do "wrong" by the standards of society today. To date, this group is hammered by "conspiracy theorists" for almost anything and everything significantly negative that comes under media scrutiny, be it a reportedly natural or deliberate event. While this commotion spreads rapidly on a regular and consistent basis, few understand the history behind the Egyptian Eye of Horus.

The Eye of Horus is interpreted in ancient Egyptian religion as symbolic of the hypothalamus of the brain. The hypothalamus is responsible for multiple regulatory functions of the human body including body temperature, sleep, behavior, etc. In the hypothalamus is the pineal gland ("pine cone" shaped as a pyramid). This pineal gland only activates when the human consciousness deactivates and the subconsciousness activates in a subconscious state while asleep or in deep meditation. Buddhists, New Age believers, and Yoga proponents among others revere meditation because it actively flexes the "single eye" (third eye) as Jesus of Nazareth refers to in Luke 11:34 of the Canon collection of sacred texts.

Eastern mystic culture believes that the leadership of Judeo-Christian, Protestant, and Moslem congregations are succumbing to "ministering of the letter." This means that rabbi's, pastors, and sheikhs alike "ad-minister" the word of their sacred texts much like court "ad-ministrators" (judges) conduct the business of law. This predisposes the condition of Church members to follow interpreted text word-for-word (doctrine) vice the "spirit" (character). They find this to be self-destructive.

The pineal gland secretes melatonin, which is a natural skin lightener. Has a problem you faced ever bothered you so deeply that you fell asleep thinking about it and awoke with a solution? You can thank the pineal gland in the hypothalamus of your brain. As soon as you "slept on it" your pineal gland activated and "went to work." The human consciousness makes up 10% of the brain while the subconscious mind consists of the other 90%. If you have ever watched the film Limitless starring Bradley Cooper and Robert DeNiro, the average person only accesses up to 20% of their brain - 10% when awake and the other 10% when asleep.

So, what does "God" have to do with the dollar bill, the pineal gland, the Illuminati, and enlightenment? If "God is light," if Jacob saw the "face of God" at a place called "Peneal" (pineal), and if the pineal gland of the human brain secretes a hormone that naturally "en-lightens" both the mind and body when active, we can reasonably establish a connection between "God" and the Eye of Horus on the one dollar bill, and the relationship between the dollar bill, the pineal gland, the "enlightened" Illuminati and thus, enlightenment.
