Ever since before U.S. President, Barack Obama, was re-elected to the White House the constitutionalist group, We the People, has been assisting many U.S. Citizens from almost half the states of the union in petitioning the U.S. government to secede from its jurisdiction.
These petitions have passed 22,000 signature in Texas, 8,000 in Alabama, several thousands in Louisiana, and elsewhere flooding White House cable lines. The intention of seceding means citizens wish to "formally withdraw membership from a federal union, an alliance, or a political or religious organization." The problem with this act is citizens do not maintain ownership of anything they maintain possession of. Citizens are only trustees of all that they have because they partially surrender their sovereignty per Section 4 of the Preliminaries of the Law of Nations. This means if citizens are sending petitions to "secede" they must be asserting prior legal ownership of domains, which is ultimately an annexation of domains they do not legally own. This can be understood by the U.S. government as a declaration of war by its own citizens and government can respond accordingly.
In a declaration of war, the United States government owns the Right to exercise-in-full, Martial Law, while citizens are currently living in Martial Rule as they are being granted Civil Rights through the incorporation-doctrine created by the U.S. Supreme Court. The only way citizens can have any political power is if they exercise the Right of self-government, which requires certain legal procedure such as forming a peace treaty with the former allegiance so as to mitigate statelessness. Most citizens do not own nor operate a business and engaging in commerce as a business-owner is a requirement for the owner-members of an autonomous and self-sustainable society to keep their separate and equal station functioning properly.
Good Blog Brother. I would suggest to the citizen, to start with Non-compliance -- and then be prepared to forfeit everything they own (and can't carry), and perhaps freedom itself. And of course, expect no mercy or assistance of any kind.
ReplyDeleteThat is certainly the position citizens who signed this petition can expect to have made if these petitions are "honored." What these citizens are doing is along the lines of ex-patriating and whoever is not a member or citizen of a state is "stateless" and is not protected by any government anywhere.
